All sales are final.

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind, and often delicate nature of my items, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason — including if you change your mind or decide the item isn’t what you expected.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, I encourage you to contact me before placing your order.

♻️ Secondhand & Gently Used Items

Some listings include secondhand or gently used craft supplies, which will be clearly noted in the product description. These items may show signs of previous use, wear, or age, and are sold as-is.

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on secondhand items. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described.

🚚 Dropshipped Items

Select products in my shop are dropshipped directly from third-party suppliers and will ship separately from handmade or secondhand items.

Because these items are fulfilled and shipped by outside vendors, I do not control their inventory, shipping timelines, or condition upon arrival. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any dropshipped item under any circumstances.

If a dropshipped item is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, you (the buyer) are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier or vendor to file a claim. I am not able to assist with claims or replacements for dropshipped products.

All dropshipped products will be clearly identified in their product descriptions.

📬 Lost or Damaged Shipments (All Orders)

All orders ship with tracking and are carefully packaged. Once a package has been turned over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, you (the buyer) must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. I do not handle claims or issue refunds for shipping-related issues.
